Aracely began her career with AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant in 2006 in California, working all positions within the Retail Store until being promoted to Area Retail Sales Manager in 2009. She gained experience in various business groups including National & Authorized Retail, and Business Development while running a trial which was subsequently rolled out nationally. Aracely was part of the year-one FirstNet team which helped AT&T introduce FirstNet to the Greater Los Angeles market and its first responder community.
In her current role as Director of Retail Operations, Aracely is responsible for day to day operations, employee engagement initiatives and communications that impact more than 100 retail stores across five states.
Aracely has a passion for people! She serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations HACEMOS, an employee resource group whose mission is to promote personal and professional growth through arts, events, scholarships and connections, specifically but not limited to AT&T’s Hispanic employee base. She is a four-time recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award and has worked on various talent development projects including the introduction of TECHNOLOChicas to AT&T. Today, she sits on the Women of the West committee.
She received her Bachelor of Business Management from University of Phoenix and then an Executive Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. She has completed various leadership development courses and serves as a mentor for up and coming leaders. As a parent to a bright and talented teenage girl, Aracely strives to serve as a positive role model for her and other young ladies alike.
