Meditation Session Description
Join us for a restorative and revitalizing morning meditation. Our class will focus on cellular breathing which improves your circulation, your energy and your alignment. This class is great if you tend to carry a lot of stress in your body, it’s hard for you to quiet your brain and want to practice hearing what your body is saying to you.
Cheri Anderson is an international movement expert and coach. She specializes in helping clients live a fuller quality of life holistically: spirit, soul and body.
Cheri has found that serving clients holistically has been most successful in both being able to meet any client where they’re at and then seeing them genuinely go through life changing shifts and transformations. Her experience ranges from coaching teens and families through crisis, to coaching executives in the private sector as well as teaching individuals to recover from chronic pain, anxiety and depression. Cheri’s wellness studio is in the Pearl where she sees clients for private and small group sessions. She is available for appointments at other locations upon request as well as on Skype.
