Pamela is a former Nike Vice-President with extensive experience designing innovative consumer experiences that address global digital disruption in eCommerce and Brick & Mortar retail. Her 30 year career includes 17 years at Nike where she led Retail Brand Marketing in the US, served as the global brand leader for nike.com and, as the Retail Brand Marketing leader for Nike in Western Europe, was a critical member of the strategic team executing the London 2012 Summer Olympics. She is a strong coach and mentor of large, multi-national teams who personally understands the work/life challenges of employees and has built programs offering alternative work schedules.
As the Founder and Principal of Elmira Street Associates, Pamela advises several start-up companies, adapting proven brand strategies to meet their unique business goals. She began her career in packaged goods brand management in Cincinnati, OH and New York City. Pamela currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the French American International School in Portland, OR where she has deepened the marketing acumen of the school and was instrumental in hiring and onboarding their first ever marketing director. Pamela is also an active member of 99 Girlfriends, a women’s giving collective in Portland, OR.
